Navigating the dangerous environments of REPO requires teamwork, as deadly creatures can quickly eliminate unsuspecting players. Losing a squad member can significantly hinder your progress and lower your chances of escaping with valuable loot. Understanding how to bring fallen allies back into the action is an essential skill for every survivor.

Locating and Transporting the Head

When a player dies in REPO, their detachment leaves behind a robotic head on the floor. To initiate the manual revival process, surviving teammates must locate this head and interact with it to pick it up. Carrying the head safely back to the extraction point is the crucial first step toward restoring your teammate.

While transporting the head, players remain vulnerable to roaming monsters across the map. It is wise to have another player cover the carrier or clear a path toward the drop-off zone. Dropping the head directly onto the extraction platform prepares it for activation.

Meeting the Extraction Quota

Simply placing the fallen player's head on the platform is not enough to complete the revival. Players must gather enough valuable items and loot to meet the financial requirement of that specific extraction point. Once the quota is filled and processed, the platform cycles and successfully revives the fallen player.

Players brought back via the extraction platform respawn with minimal health. Because they return with only 1 HP, they are susceptible to instantly dying again from minor environmental hazards. Teammates should immediately assist them with healing items or share HP to ensure their survival.

Automatic Revives and Health Management

If retrieving a teammate's head proves too dangerous, players can choose to complete the entire level objective instead. Surviving the round automatically restores all eliminated squad members when returning to the shop or truck. However, this method also leaves revived players with very low health for the subsequent stage.

To mitigate low health penalties, teammates can directly share their own health points. By standing behind an ally and holding the grab button on their head, a player can transfer HP from their own health bar. Managing health resources wisely ensures the squad stays strong enough to complete future runs.
